• an affordable rental home for a permanent, on-site manager;

• a doubling of the main citrus orchard growing capacity;

• introducing a netted berry orchard with a pick your own experience for guests;

• up to 1000sqm of intensive market gardens, supplying fresh greens, vegetables and herbs to the region;

• a small scale bee keeping operation;

• niche forestry assets, growing species suitable for fine furniture, musical instruments, building materials and a foraging experience for guests
